BISHOP VINCENT D.L. COLLINS

Bishop Vincent D. and Christle L. Collins bring to the Agape Worship Center Church of God over twenty years of marriage, ministry, and military service. Bishop Collins is known for his ability to communicate biblical truth in a down to earth manner. His philosophy for his ministry is Love, Acceptance, and Forgiveness.

Bishop Collins is a native of Winter Haven Florida, and his wife Christle, is a native of South Hill, Virginia. Bishop Collins’ tenure service has included ministries in Germany Maryland, and South Carolina where he currently serves as Senior Pastor of the Agape Worship Center, Columbia, South Carolina. He has served as a Children's Pastor, Youth Pastor, Evangelist, and District Overseer. Bishop Collins is an anointed preacher and is often sought after for revivals, conferences, and camp meetings.

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management from Voorhees College and a Masters of Divinity in Pastoral Leadership from Columbia International University, Columbia, South Carolina. He is currently enrolled and pursuing a Doctorate of Divinity with Erskine Theological Seminary.

Bishop Collins formerly served on the State Council of the Church of God, South Carolina. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Church Ministries Board of the Church of God, South Carolina and also serves on the Pastor Advisory Committee for Ministry to the Military, International Church of God. Bishop Collins is a member of the Rotary Club in Columbia, South Carolina. Bishop Collins served 22 years in the United States Army retiring as a First Sergeant in May of 2002. Christle has a dual master Degree from Webster University in Human Resources. She has served on the Women's Ministries Board for the state of South Carolina Church of God. Christle also served 26 years in the United States Army retiring as a Sergeant Major in October of 2005. Bishop and Christle have one daughter, Christy Collins, 29 years of age, who resides in Charlotte, North Carolina. Christy has completed her Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from Webster University in Columbia SC.

FR. RICHARD MCALEAR, O.M.I.

Fr. McAlear, a native of Boston, Massachusetts, entered the religious order of the Oblates of Mary Immaculate in 1960. He studied in Rome and was ordained there in 1970, after receiving degrees in Philosophy (P.L.) and Theology (S.T.L.). He returned to the United States, where he taught high school and received another degree in Religious Education (M.A.).

In 1972 Fr. McAlear became involved in Catholic Charismatic Renewal and entered into the healing ministry in 1976. His Ministry and work have brought him to every part o the United States, Asia, South America, Canada, Australia, New Guinea, Guatamala, Italy, France, Portugal,
Scotland, and Korea.

Fr. McAlear is much in demand as a speaker for retreats, conferences, and seminars for priests, deacons, and other religious associations in various countries. He also preaches in various parishes, where he conducts healing services, weekend retreats and missions, and days of teaching. In addition,
he is a popular pilgrimage director who has taken hundreds of pilgrims to the Holy Land, Marian Shrines and other numerous journeys. His Oblate peers have asked him to direct their Renewal Program in Provence, France.

He has been a member of the Association of Christian Therapists since 1977, and a past director of Our Lady of Hope Center in Newburgh, NY. In Newburgh, his charismatic work included healing prayer along with a strong outreach to the poor and needy in that area. Fr. McAlear was subsequently appointed as the Vocation Director for the Oblates of Mary. In this capacity he was stationed in Washington, D.C. where for ten years, he recruited young men for the priesthood. Upon completing his term as Vocation Director he was assigned to devote himself full time to
teaching and the healing ministry.

Fr. McAlear resides outside of Boston and although he says he is semi retired, he still finds time to minister throughout the world and pastor pilgrimages!
